Industrial Innovation | Immersive eLearning for Organisational Transformation





THE CHALLENGE
The client, a global leader in industrial innovation and technology, sought to guide employees through a significant transformation to activity-based working. The objective was to create immersive change management tools that would reinforce the organisation’s core values and innovative culture, equipping employees with the knowledge and adaptability needed to thrive in the new way of working.
This transformation required a balance between providing structured guidance and fostering flexibility, ensuring employees felt supported while maintaining the organisation’s dynamic and forward-thinking ethos.
STRATEGIC APPROACH
Drawing inspiration from the Rubik’s Cube, we developed a creative metaphor to represent the blend of structure and flexibility needed for this transformation. Using Articulate Storyline, we crafted a an immersive eLearning course designed to:
- Reflect the client’s core values of innovation and adaptability.
- Support the transition to activity-based working by fostering collaboration and adaptability.
- Provide an intuitive, engaging learning experience that encouraged employees to explore new ways of working.
This approach ensured the learning tools resonated with employees and aligned seamlessly with the client’s innovative culture.
IMPACTFUL DELIVERY
The immersive experience was supported by creating a theme based SharePoint site where all supporting material is hosted. This included additional reading material, videos and quick links to all resources. Combining communication, training and change management principles, the deliverables aimed create:
- Engagement Through Creativity: The Rubik’s Cube metaphor brought a fresh, engaging perspective to the eLearning experience, making complex concepts accessible and memorable.
