WHY
A regional logistics provider needed to convert warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into self-paced eLearning to standardise practice and accelerate time to competence. Variation across shifts increased risk and slowed output.
Leadership required an engaging, multilingual learning available at point of need and for training. It had to meet regulatory duties and budget limits while staying clear and usable, so safety improved and teams adopted consistent, efficient ways of working.
HOW

WHAT
VSLS delivered modular learning in SCORM and HTML with multilingual support and point-of-need aids. Completion and pass rates rose. Supervisors reported fewer safety deviations and faster sign-off, with consistent SOP interpretation improving audit readiness.
The model is embedded in onboarding and refresher cycles. Updates now publish in hours, not weeks. Client feedback confirmed expectations were exceeded on speed and usability while remaining within budget and regulatory constraints.
