WHY
A leading diamond producer needed clearer, consistent visuals to explain its recovery process. Complex sorting technology and mixed materials created conflicting messages, slowing understanding and weakening confidence across teams and stakeholders.
The challenge was to build a cohesive, brand-aligned visual system that made the process easy to grasp, showcased scale and efficiency, and sped up communication. Success would strengthen engagement and credibility, supporting market leadership.
HOW
VSLS set a humanistic visual strategy that turned complex recovery stages into a shared language. Precision and brand fidelity anchored choices. Audiences were mapped (from engineers to executives) so motion, scale and emphasis served clarity in each context.
Animation exposed flow and decision points; iconography standardised terms; photoreal renders conveyed capability and scale. A showroom storyline and coordinated digital touchpoints reinforced the system, ensuring consistent understanding across sites and faster alignment.
WHAT
The work delivered a cohesive visual system adopted across engineering walk-throughs, bid decks and showroom tours. Animated flow sheets and a unified icon set reduced time to explain recovery steps, while photoreal renders and a branded microsite improved understanding and pre-meeting alignment.
Early signals show higher site engagement and clearer stakeholder conversations. Approvals moved faster as teams aligned. Formal results will track dwell time, repeat visits and demo requests next quarter, informing refinements and sustaining adoption.
