WHY

HOW
VSLS set a visual decision strategy with engineers and drafters. Drawings became high-fidelity 3D in the real site. This exposed clashes, integration risks and sequencing early. The aim was clarity and sound decisions, not glossy renders.
We ran tight review loops with progressive disclosure, moving from simple views to detail as choices matured. Modular assets became a reusable library for simulations, AR/VR and channels. Approvals sped up and rework fell.
WHAT
The programme delivered a visual decision system that made complex processes clear. Site-placed 3D animations and schematics sped up stakeholder conversations and strengthened tenders. A reusable asset library supports marketing and proposals.
Early signals are positive — review cycles shortened, and engagement rose. Engineers report fewer late clashes and tighter alignment. Formal impact will be confirmed next quarter on win rate and change requests. The work exceeded expectations, opening new conversations and providing a scalable library for future proposals.
