WHY

They launched Banking on the Stars, a game show style challenge, to energise learning and recognise high performance. The task was alignment to evolving priorities, so behaviour change translated into sharper conversations and measurable sales impact.

HOW

VSLS set a four-month, phased campaign tied to sales cycles. Audiences were segmented into frontline, managers, specialists, and support. The principles were simple: keep effort brief, make competition friendly, and protect psychological safety to speed learning.

 

Micro-challenges, manager huddles, and peer callouts built momentum. Adaptive comms and data loops adjusted difficulty and cadence. Scenarios matched current offers and compliance. Routine rhythms sustained energy, embedded habits, and lifted adoption.

WHAT

The campaign turned Banking on the Stars into a cohesive experience. A themed identity and live leaderboards built momentum. LMS qualifiers and analytics-ready finals created clear progression and reliable scoring, with integrated reporting for quick roll-ups.

 

Participation rose across segments, with higher completion and accuracy. Live updates supported manager coaching. Post-event analysis set next actions. The format now powers quarterly refreshers and product pushes, sustaining adoption.
