WHY

HOW

Themes covered conflicts, corporate opportunities, information handling, and special situations which were framed as scenarios with immediate feedback and boardroom prompts. Plain-English summaries and checklists anchored recall. Legal reviews ensured accuracy. Analytics highlighted weak spots by topic and role for targeted reinforcement.
WHAT
VSLS delivered a self-paced governance module with scenario drills, checklists, and boardroom prompts. Directors completed more training, lifted quiz accuracy, and reported higher confidence across conflicts, corporate opportunities, confidentiality, and fiduciary duties.
