THE CHALLENGE

The client sought to enhance the visual clarity and consistency of their diamond recovery process and associated marketing materials. With advanced sorting technology at the core of their operations, they needed a cohesive asset library and innovative tools to:

 

  • Represent equipment and processes visually, adhering to their brand CI.
  • Communicate the technical aspects of their diamond recovery process to diverse audiences, from internal teams to external stakeholders.
  • Showcase the scale and efficiency of their cutting-edge equipment to reinforce their position as an industry leader.

 

Recognising the opportunity to streamline communication and improve engagement, the client commissioned a comprehensive suite of assets that would align with their global brand and effectively convey their technical and operational excellence.

STRATEGIC APPROACH

We adopted a multi-faceted approach to meet the client’s objectives, focusing on precision, innovation, and brand alignment. The strategy included:

 

  • Animated Flow Sheets and Icon Development:
    We developed a library of animated icons to visually represent the diamond recovery process. Designed in line with the client’s brand CI, these icons became a unifying visual language for use in presentations, technical drawings, and process flow animations. The animations not only clarified technical processes but also highlighted the efficiency of the equipment, serving as a dual-purpose tool for internal and external audiences.
  • High-End 3D Renders:
    To capture the scale and intricate details of the client’s advanced sorting equipment, we created high-quality 3D renders. These renders showcased the equipment from multiple angles, making them invaluable for marketing materials and client presentations.
  • Showroom Design:
    We collaborated closely with the client to design the physical showroom for their COM XRT 300 equipment at their German headquarters. This included:
    • 3D mockups to visualise the showroom layout and spatial relationships.
    • Custom-designed printed collateral for application within the showroom, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  • Online Collateral Development:
    • Diamond Microsite: We designed and developed a dedicated microsite, offering a tailored online presence to highlight the client’s diamond sorting technology.
    • HTML Emailers: Our team created responsive email templates for internal and external use, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication.
